Create artwork in CMYK only (no RGB or Pantone colors). If your file was created in RGB or contains RGB elements, convert all artwork to CMYK before submission. Use the highest resolution images and logos available, ideally 300 DPI. Save final print file at a minimum of 150 DPI. Remove the template lines, text, crop marks, layers used for guidance and red template layer before uploading.
For Black, use True Black: C:0, M:0, Y:0, K:100. For PMS color, you may specify the PMS color from Pantone library, but printing is done in CMYK. For critical color matches, consider our PMS Color Match Service for an additional charge.
All fonts must be converted to curves or outlines. To minimize file size and avoid print issues, we recommend flattening or rasterizing transparencies and complex effects. All images must be embedded – linked files only.
Submit artwork to the exact size as the product template, with no bleed or crop marks. Your artwork should include only the elements intended for the final printed product.
Accepted file formats include PDF, EPS, TIFF, AI and flattened PSD. Very large PDF and EPS files may be submitted proportionally scaled for final production artwork unless photographic images are placed within the file, in which case, save file to its final size. JPG files should be created as close to final print size as possible and submitted at full size.
Before uploading, verify that your artwork matches the measurements and proportions of the product template.
