Catalog envelopes open on the short end, making them the standard choice for mailing unfolded documents, catalogs, booklets, and thick marketing packets. Create artwork in Spot colors only (no CMYK or RGB artwork). Use EPS, PDF or other vector files for logos in your artwork. Save file at 300 DPI resolution.

File format is PDF. One-page PDF for printing on one side of envelope. Two-page PDF for printing on both sides of envelope.

Submit artwork at the ordered size with no bleed or cropmarks. For artwork that bleeds, make .125” bleed and crop marks. Simple bleed of lines or other minor elements only. Artwork with bleeds is subject to approval from production. For envelopes with heavy bleed click here. 

Maintain .125” safety zone from edge of copy to edge of envelope for all essential images and/or text.

Be aware that solids of any color and especially high-density colors (black, purple, brown, etc.) may result in offsetting.
